The interview process was of 3 stages.
1. Face to Face Interview ( via Microsoft Teams)
2. Technical Test ( Codility)
3. Interview with the Hiring Manager
The interview was very easy but the technical test was very difficult.

Interview
First I did a take home programming test. The test was conducted in three hours consisting of three leetcode-style questions.
Then I did a technical Interview with two architects and the boos.
Finally, a grandparent interview which had its focus on soft values.

Take home coding test (working with an api) and behavioural interview. For the takehome assignment you had two days to do it. Smooth process!
Last step is grandfather/mother interview (directors)
