Axio Research interview questions

The interview process was very quick compared to other companies. I applied online and was contacted to set up a phone interview the next day. I had the phone interview a week later. Only 30 minutes after completing the phone interview, the hiring manager emailed me to set up an in-person interview. After the in-person interview, they immediately started checking my references and made a job offer the following week.

Applied online and get an on-site interview directly. Met with group head and tech lead, they are pretty nice but no technical question, which is weird. I guess they do not want me at the beginning. Only asked me some previous job experiences.
