The interview process at Axience was disappointing. I went through multiple rounds — an in-person interview with the VP along with an assessment, followed by another virtual interview. At every stage, I was told I would get an update within the week, but communication was poor and inconsistent.
After three weeks of waiting, I finally received a generic rejection email with no explanation. Even after following up for feedback, there was no response. For a company that positions itself as professional and client-focused, the candidate experience was unprofessional and lacked transparency.
If you value clear communication and respect for your time, I would advise managing your expectations before interviewing here.
