I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Axalta (Philadelphia, PA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I was contacted by Axalta via LinkedIn. I was then invited to have two phone screens. After that I was invited to the Philadelphia office to meet the HR team. All in all, I thought the conversations were great and I remained interested in the role. Sadly they did not have the decency to send an email letting me know that I did not get the job- a standard Thank you but no thank you. I'm a firm believer that you don't have to reply to everyone who applied but as an HR professional, I do reply to those who took the time out of their day to come and meet me in person. What upset me the most was that I drove from far away at their request and they did not even offer to cover the parking garage charges in their own building.
En la primera entrevista muy agradables, te apetece trabajar allí, te describen el resto del proceso. La gente que conozco allí está muy contenta.
Sin embargo te vuelven a contactar si no eres seleccionado, ni siquiera un correo estándar.
