It was pretty smooth and not lengthy at all like e.g. Amazon which i find respectful to the applicant's time. Awin does care on getting the right candidate for the role.

Usually three stages. First, they screen your CV. Then you get a call from HR and if they like you, they will submit your CV internally and arrange a meeting with senior management. There, you will need to prepare a presentation with a strategy for one of the example companies. They will also ask you questions regarding how Awin works and basic affiliate marketing questions. There might be one more meeting with other management people, but some have it and some don’t. Everyone is very nice!
