The process for this role was three steps: a screening call, a panel chat with two stakeholders and another panel with the hiring manager and another key stakeholder. Each conversation was pretty collaborative and more like a conversation that was a mix of behavioral questions and craft questions. I found the conversations challenging in a positive way and felt like I got a really good idea of the role, goals for the role and the organization through all of the calls. The recruiter was super transparent and communicative and gave information about each step and a list of topics that would be covered as well as the interviewers' names. The recruiter also remained available for questions outside of the interviews which was really helpful. By the end, I was very excited about the role and a large part of it was how comfortable the process was.
