First had a take home test to answer and send back to the recruiter. Then interviewed by the recruiter and the hiring manager together, then by a product manager and a would be colleague, then by the CEO, in 3 interviews.

Interviewer went off topic and asked irrelevant questions. Had a condescending attitude picking at insignificant details such as terminology or facts rather than ideas and concepts that demonstrate understanding. Role was not as described in job application.

Interview
I engaged in a telephone interview where we covered general questions and through it; I identified needs and challenges (to the interviewer's surprise) they were looking to be met. In general, the interview flowed like a positive conversation and ended on a positive note where I was led to expect a follow-up interview on the next stage of their selection process.
