Fairly standard recruiter call into a couple hour-long technical coding tests / pair programming sessions over Zoom. Overall process was a bit slow though, could took several weeks between rounds.

Question 1
Asked to implement an API getting/inputting data for their databases.
I applied with in 3 days received coding test. Coding round which was easy to medium two string leetcode questions. Timing was round 1hr 45 min to complete the exam.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Awardco
Interview
There was a technical interview with about 5 people - so don't expect a one on one. The interview process included an expectation of how the problem should be solved- the team didn't seem to want you to solve it in a different way.
