The recruiter reached out after a couple of weeks. Had a phone screen and then an onsite interview with the hiring manager and one other leader. No follow up afterwards, not even a courtesy decline.

Interview
Initial HR call followed by on-site. Interview felt rushed and it was clear interviewers hadn't reviewed my resume or had any info on my candidacy. They were in a "hiring slowdown" so apparently this was the only role they were openly hiring for. Felt as though they maybe had someone already in mind. Comp range far below industry, would of taken major pay cut.
