Contacted by a recruiter to interview for the position. Had initial phone screen with recruiter - strange process as he did not ask a single question related to my qualifications for the role; focused entirely on whether I was having a good experience at my current company. Made several assumptions about my experience at a larger company not being aligned with their needs as a start-up. Felt the interview was disrespectful and a a waste of time; I would not consider other opportunities with this company.
