Easy assessment before type rating, Psychometric very similar to PASS, Human resources and Technical assessment with a personal introduction and very basic ATPL questions, simulator raw data in A320 Full motion in Vilnius/Barcelona, with ILS and missed approach.
Past review, questions, on going exchange about past and expectations. Nothing very bad. Normal interview. Technical questions. Airbus question. Need pilots. Upgrade possible. Fleets growing. Fast start. Looking for fo with experience and fo without. Base in UE.
