Initial interview with HR, second interview with the technical team, and final interview with management. The ambience of the entire process was relaxed and professional all the way through. There was plenty of opportunity to ask questions; the interviews were closer to an even conversation.

Question on education and specialization, favourite subjects, experience with building electronic systems, in programming and with networks. Motivation for wanting to work with the organization.

Interview
The initial communication took place through telephone, followed-up by an email which established the interview. Everyone was truly professional, I received feed-back as soon as they decided upon the position.
