Group interview where everyone is sitting at a table, ramp hiring manager reviews the guidlines of the job. Proceeds to go around the table asking everyone what their qualifications are..... typically everyone is hired. APS is a desperate handling company the turnaround is high. They will take everyone, people come and go (that's the handling company business)
