The initial phone screening lasted for about 15 minutes and was rather easy. The recruiter spoke a mile a minute, so it was quite nerve-racking, but they just went through checklist questions and ended the call. It wasn't very personable or unique. I've been waiting over two weeks for any information regarding the next steps and have indeed been ghosted after following up numerous times and waiting for the hiring manager to select candidates for the second interview stage.
