The process consists of an interview and then an online group assessment, there’s many behavioral questions and they value originality. In the group assessment there’s more techincal questions with real world case studies. If you get the position you’ll be assigned in a European plant for ome year and then you’ll switch to another, they’ll cover the cost for a language course when needed and help with the relocation.
