Their process is relatively standard, a lot of behavior based questions and questions to test your knowledge of Corporate Finance in general.

They used select2perform to test my Excel skills. It was a bit silly, because it was entirely unrelated to finance, it was essentially just a test that saw if you could remember Excel shortcut keys

Interview
Basically, the whole process was quite smooth. HR interview (30 mins), then HM interview (75 mins), and finally FD interview (30 mins). The question includes both technical and behavioral questions.
Written test, around an hour which mainly testing excel skills, not difficult. Online interview with manager, just causal talk. The whole process is smooth and staff are friendly. Feeling positive about the company.

I only made it to 1 interview, it was a hiring manager interviewing me asking what I knew about the company, getting to know me, and telling me about what the job entails. We left she told me I did good and I’d hear back within a week or 2 to schedule a second interview. Never called and ignored my emails
