Comenzamos con una primera entrevista para conocernos, donde se hicieron las preguntas básicas de toda entrevista y hubo una sección de la entrevista que fue en inglés para poder evaluar el nivel del mismo. Luego de eso pasé al challenge.

Postulé para el puesto de desarrollador de agentes de IA. La primera entrevista con recursos humanos. fue bien, pero la segunda, la técnica, no se enfocó en las responsabilidades del rol.

El proceso es largo pero tiene sentido. Consta de 1 entrevista con RRHH, despues un challenge de código, seguido de una entrevista técnica y como fin una meet con el manager del team que te toca.
