Interview
I received a a phone interview and then was offered a face to face interview. I received a call after I left the interview and was offered the job. I also had to take a typing test.

Question 1
I was asked to do role play where I was contacting a customer.
The manager was confused. They had my interview scheduled wrong. They didn't want to interview me. I had to sit there for over 40 minutes to be interviewed.the interview was about 15 minutes a little of role playing.

Interview
interviewed with 3 managers and had decision before end of the day. Easy to talk with and laid back. Average interview questions, nothing over the top. Its ideal to have some experience working in customer service and experience at preivous call center is desired.
