Interview
It was very bad experience. The process took 2 months, 2 Phone calls and one paper test, and finally the recruiter didn't answer. I waited for 2 weeks, and followed up with an email. And then one hour later got a system e-mail being rejected. so rude and unprofessional, I'm really disappointed at the company.

Interview
I first had a half an hour phone interview where I was asked "tell me about your past experience" we then switched to a technical question about writing an SQL query. Finally I was given a chance to ask questions about Avant.
The next round was a test which consisted of a handful of questions that were emailed to me. A couple on how to structure an approach to a problem, a couple writing SQL, and a couple reading some very strangely written SQL statements.
Next I was invited into the office for a series of back-to-back short interviews with people from different departments. Almost all began with my background, transitioned into technical questions, and concluded with an opportunity to ask questions about Avant.
This was not, however, the end of the process. I was then asked to give a list of references, and only after they checked with my references did I get an offer, at which time I was told there would be a background check.

Question 1
(Not an exact question) "You have two tables, one that contains a list of users and their birthdates, another that contains bank account numbers and the user ID that owns that account. Please write a query that returns a list of bank accounts for account holders who are under age 21."
