Applied online. Called by recruiter who advanced me to the next level. Call from HR at Avant. Took a computer test. Had interview. Not hard interview at all. Interviewer stated had several more to interview but would make the decision within the week.

My goals and did I intend to stay with the company long term.
Lengthy interview process as they make way for the prior training class to graduate. Super comfortable process though. The onboarding specialists were great and easy to talk to. I had to do a standard background check, credit check, etc. The whole process consisted of about 3 interview calls- one being a zoom video call. Overall it was a great and comforting experience which is what I needed after job searching for a solid year in a pandemic.

Interview
Pretty simple interview process. Nothing super hard, very laid back process. I interview with three people. I first had my over the phone interview, Then I was invited to the in person interview where the first was with my immediate hiring manager and also the payments department manger.
