Can't begin to describe the experience I had with Avanse.
Let me walk you through from the beginning.
1) Online interview with the CBO went great, the conversation was amazing, we spoke about the business, the role, and the duties etc. I was called over to Mumbai to give my second round of interview.
2) Second Round: I was excited for the role so I created a project to present as part of my candidature. It was conducted by the entire team which took up approximately 3-4 hours. The team was really kind and told me that my project had given them certain ideas which they would like to implement in the business. Post the interview, I was congratulated by one of the members of the team and told about the joining.
3) The third time, i was called over to office only to be told that my salary expectation is too high ( industry average) and that I will be contacted with the offer soon.
Conclusion: No one contacted me, I was ghosted. The team kept dragging me without giving me any answers. Asked me to reach back again in 10-15 days. It had been weeks and almost 2 months had passed by. Then, I contacted the CBO to get me in touch with the HR so that I could get the final verdict ( whether i am joining or not). No response by anyone.
I, as a candidate, was mislead for months, wasted several thousands on my travel, stay and time.
Thankyou for teaching me that efforts for the wrong thing will always go to WASTE.
