30 min. telephone interview with a junior recruiter. The call was fairly easy as the recruiter was new to the job. Having the typical question/answers ready was helpful. A few weeks after the interview I was notified of their result. I was a good fit but was missing one crucial item.

First, there is a screening part, then the recruiter really sells you the job. Then it takes a few weeks to do technical interviews. They might invite you to multiple interviews with different key people. Communication could be better.
I spoke to a recruiter on the phone for an introduction. He did not seem to be very involved with the company and I was put forward to speak with another recruiter after passing the first screening. I then had a phone call with a current employee where I was in charge of asking the questions.
