This was just the initial recruiting process, but it was so unprofessional I stopped it right there. They didn't email me to set up a time to speak with a recruiter, they just kept calling me and leaving me difficult to understand voicemails - obvious they were outside, really windy, traffic, etc. When they did happen to call at a time that was convenient to me, proceeded to condescend to me about my own ability to work a job while finishing up a graduate degree and insinuated I was really hard to schedule with (despite me having called them back and then they didn't answer prior). Actually the worst initial contact I've had with a company. I told them I had another offer on the table anyway and probably wouldn't be able to complete the interview process with them in time so I did not want to waste their time. When asked, I told them what the other offer was and they were dodgy and then implied I didn't have enough experience to be worth that. Just a warning not to waste your time in case this sounds like your experience, don't bother calling back.
