Standard interview process - Separate technical and behavioral interviews
They really (tried to) care about presenting manageable work/life balance and the Avanade "Community". Technical Questions involved a few by word and then working 1-2 out on a white board in generic pseudo code
For a starting role, more focused on soft skills and willingness to learn than a particular portfolio of technical competences. Very open to people of different academic backgrounds and years of experience
