Interview
Interview was divided in two, the first with the HR and the second with a technical person.
The HR tells you about the company and ask you general information about your motivation on working for Avanade.
The interview was not so formal and it takes around 40 minutes.

Interview process was 2 times. first was recruiter interview about personnel related and career plan , job changing reason and second was technical by director level which was focused on ERP .smooth and fast interview process.
