Interview
A three part process. An initial recruiter chat, then a technical discussion with the hiring manager, and finally a 90 minute presentation to a small audience of two. The presentation was a WAF based presentation. Eventually I received a rejection email, and was offered feedback, but despite asking a few times I was completely ignored.
