Avalon English interview questions

Around 30-45 minute video call interview with a management staff. Asks questions, mostly about you (personality, experiences) then behavioural and situational. After a little chat, interviewer explains the structure of the school (curriculum, schedule, and tasks). It was very casual and conversational.
