The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Autovol (New York, NY)
Interview
About to graduate in May when I was told by a fellow classmate (who was recently hired by Autovol) of an open position for Maintenance tech. Everything was smooth and was even sent a copy of the position for Maintenance tech prior to the interview. It wasn't until the very end of the interview that I was told it wasn't for said position, but for an operator position with a very steep pay cut. Honesty goes a long way and could've been the contributing factor in me possibly taking the position if a promotion was in the foreseeable future. I just felt that they want to take advantage of a recent graduate and hire them for cheap pay while throwing more responsibilities their way.
