After I applied on Cox Automotive’s site, I was contacted by a recruiter that same day that let me know my resume met their criteria. An initial interview was scheduled for the next day with the recruiter and it went very smoothly. Nothing too hard but she did want to confirm my experience. Following this, another interview was scheduled with two Senior Performance Manager in which the STAR interview process was used.
