Automation Anywhere RPA Program Manager interview questions

I went through 3 interviews with Director level individuals excluding the initial screening interview with the headhunter. The role was based in UAE. The interviews were easy and i was able to go through them without any difficulty. At the end of each interview i asked for feedback and every time i was given the impression that i did very well. However, about 3 weeks ago i was told they were interviewing other candidates and that they would get back to me the week after. They never got back to me so i was essentially ghosted. Not very professional and not the best look for the company plus it seems i wasn't the only one bearing this opinion.
