I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Automation Anywhere (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Lack of professionalism, Company filled with people having attitude. HR sucks. Kindly avoid wasting your precious time interviewing for this company. I was contacted by HR via LinkedIn. Initial phone call was good but that HR person (only wise person till now) was good but she said she was leaving in few days and would hand over my case to another hiring recruiter. Little did I know that this was beginning of all the troubles. New recruiter, arranged my interview and i was called ONSITE for 3 hours. I had to take a day off. I had a friend who works at their main HQ is SanJose/SantaClara location who greeted me. Interview started few mins late and this was start of PURE WASTE OF MY TIME. Apparantely there was a change in interview line due to some customer issue they had which was communicated to me by when I was interviewed by one of the director/Senior Manager. This lady was filled with attitude and didnt have any courtsey to listen or let u finish with your answers. She mentioned, my manager wont be here and said "He better doesnt show up here and deal with the fire we have with one customer" Coming from a professional background adn same industry I completely undersrtand this but a small courtsey of "Sorry for my time" or right intervention from Recruiter at this point would have gone long way but NOPES...that didnt happen. Senior Manager was extremely rude to me even in asking questions. No manners to ask for water or greeting in the beginning. My lineup was changed and random people were walking down my room stating "Hey I am randomly asked to take your interview, I dont have time but will take it for half of the time " blah blah.....They asked me some design questions but had no whiteboard..All verbal...
It doesnt end here....
I was scheduled for one more round later vai video conferencing 2 days later. Clearly I had lost any interest in the company but decided to go ahead adn finish it up since i had already committed in the beginning. But lack of Recruiter Professionalism showed up here as well. She doesnt sends me conferencing details till that day. Upon confirming if i was still interviewing with that person a day before, she confirms "Yes you are" but on the day of interview person doesnt show up. No word from Recruiter since then. Its been a week now

Question 1
Mainly around what you know about RPA space. Funny thing is Sr Manager expects us to know more then what thjey have published on news. Basically she expected me to knew something that was not published but based on my research by talking to different customers of theirs...I am like "Sure.......what an excellent ask"
I applied online. I interviewed at Automation Anywhere (Bengaluru)
Interview
It was nice, but try to remember the fundamentals of DSA and OOPs because the majority of the questions are from there, and you need to learn advanced level thing basics are enough. But concepts should be clear, remember the 4 pillars of OOPs properly.
Design Patterns, Global Exceptions handler, Java in deatil and basic intriduction about my current experience.
You need to prepare well for the Java coding round. The hard coding round they generally test your coding experience and your depth in Java concepts and fundamentals.
