The interview process was extremely fast paced. I was in the waiting room with 2 other candidates. The interview lasted about 20 minuets and covered everything from the history of the company to the Manager's intended goals for hiring that period. My manager was forthcoming and answered all my questions. 50 of 300 resumes received an initial interview... then those 50 go down to 5 for second interviews.
