Interview
Went in and talked to the manager from another store that was 45 mins down the road. I originally applied for commercial sales at one store and ended up going to another store that was 10 mins down the road. we finally did the interview, talking about the dress code, benefits ETC. Then he told me with your knowledge i want you to come and work at this store and train to become a manger.

Interview
Went in to meet with the ASM, he asked a bunch of questions. I was asked when I could start. It was VERY casual. I went into the back like break room area and spoke with the ASM while he microwaved his ramen noodles.
There are two interviews. One with the stores General Manager and another with the district manager. The interviews are fairly simple with a small quiz on car part names and common interview questions.

Two interviews and done. I don’t remember much about the initial check in but I met with the store manager and everything went smoothly. Customer Service is the highlight of it all. Be willing to learn the rest.
