Interview
I noticed there was a sign out front of the store, saying they were hiring. I spoke to the Store Manager, he told me to fill out a application on line and to give him a call back. The next day he asked me if I could come in for an interview. The Interview was brief and to the point. 3 days later I was hired.

The store Manager asked me mostly about my background and my automotive knowledge.
There were some other questions, like why do you want to work for Auto Zone, how did you hear about this position?
Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.

The interview was in person, I was interviewed by the supervisor of the store. It was a quick interview, the main theme of the interview is to see how much knowledge you have in the automobile department
