Question 1
Will you have any problems performing your duties?
The interview was overall an easy one. If you have common sense and know some basic info about cars, you will do just fine. Very few if any difficult questions.

Question 1
If you experience a difficult customer how would you handle it ?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AutoZone (Jersey City, NJ) in May 2019
Interview
My Interview consisted of 2 interviews. First, I applied online and got a call about a week later. Scheduled my interview with the Store Manager. During the interview the questions asked were more so of how I dealt with situations while at my old job. Then he went onto what they expect, background info on the company, availability and to name parts for certain car systems such as the brake and a/c system. My second Interview was with a customer rep who basically went over what the store manager had written down from our interview and basically told me what the expectations are. Literally was there for less than 20 minutes. Then, was offered the job.
