Interview
Talked with the manager, he asked basic background information and previous work history questions. I was immediately offered the job and they had to do a background check. Upon completion of the background check they sent me to an orientation.

Very straightforward interview. Was taken to a seperate area around the back of the store with a table and chairs for the interview. Asked about vehicle knowledge, sales and cashiering experience. Was given the job on the spot with adequate training afterwards.

Do you have experience multitasking dealing with customers and answering phones, stocking, etc.
Very easy not hard. I suggest talking with the district manager to get a job or a manager which are the ones with a Grey shirts. Overall not challenging. I think the turnover rate is high at this job though
Straight forward. Nice people. Created an easy listening atmosphere. Interview was conducted by HR and a store manager. No trick questions. At the end it didn’t work out for better fits from their end. No hard feelings.
