Interview
Called to check on job application, store manager seemed to be unavailable quite often. He asked me to come in a couple days after speaking over phone to interview, but mentioned the position I applied for was not available at location I desired. I was just looking for an extra part time job in a leadership role or full time for the right terms. Came in at 8:45am and was greeted by a sales associate, met with manager for interview. Interview lasted right around or a little over an hour, seemed to go well. Most were standard s.a.r. questions. Manager seemed to be fairly open during interview process. Was just behind counter near stock area on folding chairs is where it was held in store. Not very private. Called back a couple days later and store manager would not come to phone or return my calls. Very unprofessional. I was a Human Resources manager previously and I would have at least returned the applicants calls or come to phone when calling. Have previous store manager and assistant store manager experience and a passion for fixing up cars, their loss.

Interview
Put in an application online and received a text as well as an email a month later regarding an upcoming job fair. Attended and underwent a two-hour-long interview. It was more of a conversation but with a few scenario-type questions. Received a job offer two hours later via email. Declined due to $17.50/hr salary.
The interview went really well. The interview was super nice. The interview is not hard at all. They just want to know if you're a decent person, want to work, and have had any experience with cars. The worst part was having to go through all of the responsibilities and disclaimers of the job because they said it all at once and I absorbed very little of it. Overall it was a very easy interview.

Interview
Fast, Relaxed, and a little desperate, and it seems like they have a very very high turn-over rate.
Lots of candidates mentioned but it seemed like they expected a lot of them to fail in the role. Which makes it seem a little questionable about why they higher them anyway.
