Good interview process with great management team. Learned quite a bit just from the interviewing manager. It was a nice experience. Asked about home life then work history would like to be considered for management or not.

It’s about attention to detail. How did you answer the question as it related to the question, not so much the answer. Did you answer the question or beat around it. If the question asks for an example, give one. Not ‘what you would do’ in that situation.

Went in one day had the job. Got an email the next day and accepted the position. My only problem I have misdemeanors on my record, I heard they don't hire anyone with misdemeanors. So now I'm nervous.
