Interview
So we spent maybe 5 mins talking about the actually position and 30 talking about cereal. It was a very laid back "interview". I was asked about four questions then I asked two.

Asked to come in to location and did a basic interview. Manager conducted interview and started the hiring process right away. Then had to do training for about a week. Sat at the computer for days completing training exams.
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.

The interview was in person, I was interviewed by the supervisor of the store. It was a quick interview, the main theme of the interview is to see how much knowledge you have in the automobile department
