The interview process had three phases. The first two phases were virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams and the last phase was in-person. The in-person phase consisted of multiple (3+) interviews with various team members.

They were interested in knowing about the different problem solving tools that you have used and deployed in your background and the results of those projects. They were also interested to know how you handled 8Ds with suppliers.
