After brief talk at a career fair, I was invited to on-site interview. At the on-site, there were four interviews, all behavioral. They mostly just asked about your school/project experience and what your interests were. Very friendly and relaxed.

Interview
A brief tour of the main office was followed by a panel interview with three managers of different area of the IT department. Questions were primarily behavioral and experience related. No technical questions or skills tests.

Interview
Got there and a guy showed me around the headquarters. Got lunch with the vice president, and two IT managers. They then conducted a panel interview asking general questions about experience, and my skills.
