There was a phone interview and three in person interviews as well as a full day of riding along with a route driver for a day. Before being given the in person interview there was a personality test and a mechanical skills test. This company is very selective and it was difficult to tell how I was doing during the process. Auto-Chlor asks for a lot during the selection process. I also had to go to the dmv and have them submit a driving record prior to my second interview.

Totally the worst interview I've ever had! While I was looking forward to the interview but from the moment I stepped into the office I felt very uncomfortable and most of the people seemed very unhappy especially mike who gave me a couple of Strange looks plus he had to leave couple of times during the interview which has never happened to me . I am glad they turned me down.
