The hiring and interview process faily easy, this was unexpected. On the website it states you have to take typing test that is mandatory. They did not give any of the applicants test. They were looking to hire people with customer service experience in an inbound high volume call center, with a pleasant phone voice. The training was very hands on. A great company to work for!
