General retail questions such as explaining yourself and the meaning of good customer services etc. And there may be some situational questions, for instance, if you see a person looked unsafe or dangerous, how would you handle this?

Interview
Friendly interview with the current manager. It was not at all nerve-wrecking and I enjoyed the interview process. I got to look around the store before leaving, and I believe it was worth attending.
