Interview process is very long and they ask the same questions over and over again. After it was all done, you have no idea if you passed or not. You have to wait for an email to be sent out.

The testing process was designed with out of state applicants in mind. You complete all phases over the course of 3 days (provided you pass each phase). If you do not pass a certain phase, you are notified and do not continue through the process.

Question 1
Oral Interview consisted of several standard public safety interview questions (ie. Why do you want to be a paramedic here at Austin EMS? You see your partner suspiciously going through the narcotics, what do you do?)
Then there are several oral scenarios for medical and trauma calls.

The interview was easy. They just asked the normal questions in reference to the position. I had quite a few interviews and then was offered the position.
