The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aureus Group (Omaha, NE) in Dec 2021
Interview
4 separate hour long interviews. Ghosted me. Didn’t even have the professionalism to email me a rejection. That’s ok, because their parent company, Medical Solutions, did the same thing! I don’t recommend either company. Being ghosted just means you dodged a bullet.

Question 1
What do you use to stay organized? Typical questions from any non technical interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aureus Group in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was very good and smooth. The entire recruitment team has been very helpful and prompt in their replies via email. It seems like they have very good team work among themselves. Thank you for the fuss-free process.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Aureus Group in Sept 2018
Interview
First and foremost, I had a great experience with their recruiters in the past. That is why I decided to respond to an email I received to one of their recruiter. On the email, she stated that she has roles that match my skill sets and wanted to set up a time to talk about it. We emailed back and forth to set up a time for a phone interview. When we finally scheduled the interview, she emailed me again asking for my resume. That made me wonder why would she state on her initial email that she has roles matching my skills if she doesn’t have my resume, but I sent her my resume anyway.
During the phone interview, she sounded sincere in the beginning as we were going over my resume. It occurred to me that I didn’t sent my most recent resume and I mentioned that as we were going over my experiences. She sounded less sincere when she was asking me behavioral questions and I felt like I had to beg her to represent me to her clients. She kept pointing the fact that I didn’t sent her my updated resume. After she asked her questions, she then asked if I had any questions. I did but I didn’t get a chance to ask because she wanted to end the call. She told me to look through their website to see if there’s any jobs that matches my skills and let her know. She told me to send my updated resume. She also said that she will ask her account manager if they have anything that matches my skills and will get back to me the following day, which she didn’t.
My overall experience with that recruiter was negative. After the phone interview, she left me with a bad impression. She seemed fake and doesn’t follow through her words.

Question 1
Here are at least two of the many questions the recruiter asked. Why should I pick you over other candidates? What is the area that you can improve on?
Thanks so much for sharing with us your experience during the interview process. We appreciate you being candid and highlighting areas that didn't meet your expectations. We'll forward your feedback to our management team. Thank you, again.
