Aureus Analytics interview questions

I sent my CV in Jan 2016, A month later I got a call for face to face interview. There were 3 ppl in the panel, CTO, Data Scientist and Analytics Manger. After the introduction, I was asked to describe my projects and then some questions on Databases, Machine Learning Theory, and Software Engg. After that I was given a Dataset to work on as a take-home assignment and code up a Predictive Model using either R or Python. I was given a week for completing this task. One week later, I was called for another face to face round. They evaluated the code I had written and asked a few questions about model selection. And some more ML questions. Then I had a HR round. After a week, I was informed that I had been selected.

I had mailed my CV to Aureus HR via a reference. My projects got them interested and so they scheduled a telephonic interview with their Data Scientist within a week.
