Interview
I had my interview with a traveling manager which is common within my franchise so I wasn't hired on by someone who actually worked within the store. She asked basic experience questions.
They were desperate for people, so it was very informal. Basically just showed up with my paperwork and was hired on the spot. He explained the pay structure and was very flexible with scheduling, but scheduling became tighter as more team members were hired.

Interview
Very easy and not a lot of questions will pretty much hire anyone. Interview lasted around 10 minutes but before the interview I had to wait more for the manager even though I showed up on time I still waited.
The interview was a quick and easy process. Everyone was kind and easy to talk to. They made sure all of my questions were answered efficiently and hired me on the spit
