It was quick and easy, Recruiter was attentive and quick to respond to questions. Felt like they cared about the fit more than how cheap they could hire you for.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Aultcare (Canton, OH) in Jan 2016
Interview
The process was fairly lengthy. I applied the first week of December 2015, and was called in for an interview one month later. The interview consisted of two parts. When I got there, I met with a lady from HR, and did a very brief interview with her. She then took me to a second room to meet with two other ladies who worked in the compliance department. That part lasted about an hour. I then got called back for a second interview, which was much more laid back than the first. However, right after my second interview, they started a company-wide restructuring process and decided not to fill the position.

Interview
I applied online and about a month later I was called in for an interview. They sent me detailed instructions on how to get there. After signing in, a lady in HR retrieved me and took me upstairs to start the interviewing process. She first told me all about the company, then I took a typing test right there on her computer. After I passed, she went on to interview me. After she interviewed me, 2 managers were waiting in another room so they could also interview me. They started with explaining the different departments and what each of them did, and then they took turns going through the interview questions. Took about an hour all together. About 3 days later I received a call from HR saying they would like to move forward, which involved getting 5 references to fill out an online survey about me, having a background check, a physical with blood drawn, drug test, and nicotine swab test.
