Augusta County Schools interview questions

Questions generally target how you would react in certain scenarios. They ask you about student behavior, adapting curriculum, working with co-teachers and instructional aides, as well as community members. They also want to hear about your experience in working with students with a wide variety of disabilities. Also discuss how you would use progress monitoring in your classroom, your strategies for developing a solid IEP, and how you assess student progress. Bring a portfolio to help aide your descriptions of how you differentiate for students with a very wide variety of disabilities and abilities, strengths and weaknesses.
